Frosted Coffee Cake
A delicious combination of coffee and nuts to share with friends or family, with a creamy and crunchy texture that will leave them delighted. Enjoy the delicious taste of Buendia!
- 6 tablespoons of Buendía Organic Coffee
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 3 sachets of powder mix for preparing ice cream
- ½ liter of milk
- ½ cup of mixed nuts
Dissolve the Buendía Organic coffee in water
In another recipient, dissolve the mixture for icecream preparation in a pint of milk
Add the dissolved coffee and whisk (with mixer or whisk)
Take to the freezer for 2 hours, remove and whisk again
Add half of the nuts and poure it into a mold previously covered with vinipel
Freeze for 3 hours and then unmold.
Optional: Decorate with small marshmallows, chips and nuts.
