Every person that intervenes in the Processing of personal data that does not have the nature of public shall be obliged to guarantee reservation in the information, even after concluding their relation with any of the tasks encompassed by the Processing, just being able to provide or communicate personal data when that corresponds to the development of the activities authorized by law and under the terms therein.
