Buendia Teriyaki Chicken Salad
Healthy and delicious preparation with oriental touches and unmistakable flavor notes of Buendia Coffee. Excellent choice for a healthy lunch or dinner, not only for the vegetables and protein but also by antioxidants offered by coffee.
- 1 Chicken breast
- ½ cup of arugula
- 2 handfuls of crisp lettuce
- ¾ cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup of blue cheese
- 1/3 cup of almonds
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup of teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp of Buendía Classic coffee
- 9 tablespoons of sugar
- ¼ cup of oil
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Marinate the chicken with finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Cut lettuce, tomatoes, almonds and cheese. Mix in a bowl.
Seal the chicken completely with a little oil
Mix the sugar, coffee and teriyaki sauce and bring to heat until homogenizing. · Add sesame seeds.
Mix the chicken with salad and accompany with the coffee and teriyaki sauce.
Optional: You can change the chicken for tofu or fresh cheese; also shrimp and/or white fish could be used.
